Please Note - We are unable to:

  • directly transfer existing VirginMedia broadband services to us, as these operate on Virgin's private network. For these customers we may be able to provide a new line.
  • currently transfer telephone numbers from Vodaphone broadband. If you are transferring a phone and broadband service from Vodaphone, we will need to provide you with a new phone number.
